Perry Homes spreads holiday cheer with donation and toy delivery to CHRISTUS Children’s

Perry Homes is making the holidays brighter for children who will spend the season in the hospital. The largest woman-owned homebuilder in Texas presented a $10,000 check and delivered toys to CHRISTUS Children’s, increasing its lifetime giving to $30,000.
For families facing the challenges of hospitalization during the holidays, these gifts are more than toys; they are moments of comfort and hope. They remind patients and their loved ones that their community cares and stands with them during a difficult time.
“We are deeply grateful to Perry Homes for their generosity and continued support,” said Joshua Rendon, vice president of CHRISTUS Children’s Foundation. “These gifts bring comfort and happiness to children spending the holidays in the hospital and remind families that they are not alone. Perry Homes is making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.”
Perry Homes has built a Tradition of Excellence for 58 years, offering quality homes and exceptional customer care. Family-owned and operated since 1967, the company has earned a 95% customer satisfaction rating and serves more than 140 communities across Texas and Florida. Today, Perry Homes extends its commitment to excellence beyond homebuilding to philanthropy, supporting organizations that strengthen families and communities.
“Every piece of Perry Homes is rooted in supporting our communities and the families within it,” said Chris Little, president for Perry Homes San Antonio. “We invite everyone to join us in building hope this season by contributing to the drive when visiting our communities. Last year, we successfully collected over 200 gifts, and this year, we aim to surpass that number. We hope to collect more toys than ever to bring joy to children going through a difficult time.”
Comfort items and toys provide moments of joy, reduce stress and support healing through play. Community donations make these experiences possible throughout the year. To learn more about how you can help and to view the wish list, visit christuschildrensfoundation.org.
